COVID-19 and the Era of Touchless Data Exchange

OK, another day or rising cases in the United States.  Looks like we are moving forward in this country and will try to avoid shutting down again at all costs.

As you can see by the image below, counties with greater than 100 cases are predominantly in the south.  We need a way to keep the cases down in the north and help the south get this under control.
